MASTER MINDSET GROUP

Master Mindset is an opportunity to get together and connect with a small group of like-minded people and share and support each other on a regular basis. Each month we have a theme connected to building our resilience, reducing stress and creating more purpose and meaning in our life. 

 

A very exciting aspect of our MMS group will be our focus on the power of intention and each month giving each member an opportunity to transform a challenge or health issue.

We will be following the wisdom and guidance of Lynne McTaggart who has been investigating the power of intention with a team of scientists and thousands of participants in small groups.

Lynn shares that the intention is a powerful, life changing force that can radically transform your life and that of those around you. 

 

You maybe noticing that you’ve been feeling that your health, your personal relationships, your finances or career just aren’t as good as they could be. Or maybe you know that you’re ready for a new life purpose but haven’t yet identified what that is or figured out how to achieve it. How you think about any goal in your life – even the language you use in your head about it – determines its success or failure.

MEDITATION COURSE

Meditating

As meditation has become more well-known in the West, scientists have begun to quantify its physical benefits in hundreds of studies.

Significant benefits have been found for many health conditions, including heart disease, cholesterol, high blood pressure, insomnia, chronic pain, cancer, and immunity. It is also know to be as effective as antidepressants in treating depression and anxiety.

This is an introductory meditation course to give insight to what is meditation, the benefits and the different types of meditation. In addition we will also be focusing on mindfulness and how to bring this into your daily life. This course provides an opportunity to begin to create a regular practise and enjoy the benefits of meditation. We will also be focusing on a specific type of meditation – the Loving Kindness meditation.

Research shows that Loving Kindness Meditation has a tremendous amount of benefits ranging from increasing well-being, to giving relief from illness and improving emotional intelligence and enhancing relationship with yourself and others.

 

  • This is a weekly course for 4 weeks. Each session is 90 minutes.

Walk the talk as you find what is really important to you and clarify the goals & desires authentic to your life. This 6 week program is ideal for motivated, health conscious individuals who want a dose of inspiration and accountability to achieve more energy and clarity.

Why this program is so important?

  • You will gain a constant dose of motivation and inspiration from group mentoring and support from 6 committed peers.

  • Help to increase energy and fitness as we “walk and talk” for 30 minutes then arrive at the café for an hour of discussion, learning’s and work on your power of intent - actions.

  • You will learn about stress management and resiliency techniques to improve your focus, motivation and energy.

  • You will learn how to reprogram your mind to remain positive and motivated to work towards your goals.

  • You will have accountability to help you work on what is most important to your life this year.
